A thong sandal where wood meets natural fibre in its most stripped-back form. The sole is built from horizontal hardwood tiles, linked together so the foot articulates naturally with every step. The movement is quiet and responsive, allowing the sandal to flex with the body rather than resist it.
Across the top of the foot, a single arch strap made from small linked wooden tiles creates structure without heaviness. At the centre, a hand-knotted woven cord drops cleanly toward the toes to form the toe post — carrying tension at the most stressed point of the silhouette with the kind of natural give no synthetic strap can replicate.
